So due date didn't turn into birthday so we made the day special by preparing and cooking a special spread for our Olympic opening ceremony viewing. On the menu- veggies and dill dip, chips and bean salad dip, and veggie pot stickers with homemade ginger sauce followed by stuffed peppers and corn on the cob. For dessert- mandarin orange cake with almond and whipped cream pudding icing, Matthew's favorite. Yes, we ate too much. But it was worth it!
Baby girl is taking her time to make her appearance. Here's to waiting the weekend out to see if she decides to come join the party...
